Terms and conditions for online courses (summary) Online courses are those courses for which you complete virtually via a website, rather than attending an actual event. 1. A booking can consist of either a single course or a combination of courses. 2. When you make a booking, you must pay the full fee for the course. This is only refundable if you are dissatisfied with the course and contact us at YvL Projects within two weeks of starting your course. 3. You must have access to a computer and the internet in order to complete the course. 4. We are not able to provide the equipment you require to complete our online courses. In some cases your local network or your employer may be able to provide you with access to the equipment you need if it is not readily available to you. 5. If you decide you no longer wish to complete the course, please inform YvL Projects. 6. It is possible to pause your course or take a holiday part way through your course. 7. Your enrolment period is set to 1/2 or 1 year (depending on the length of the course). 8. Course materials are supplied in an online environment, unless otherwise stated in the course description, and once enrolment has ended, access is denied. Therefore it becomes the student's responsibility to save and/or copy content as required for reference purposes. 9. The content of the online course materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of YvL Projects. You may not reproduce any part of the online Course Materials without the prior written consent of YvL Projects. 10. If a situation arises that has not been covered by these Terms, we reserve the right to take any fair and reasonable action that we think appropriate. YvL Projects
